1. I did the theme, really well.
2. I could have made everything a ttle bigger. My plate might be a decent size but my bowl and my cup seem like they could hold more stuff if they were bigger.
3. My theme was lily pads and flowers because that idea was so wonderful in my brain AND outside of my brain :P
4. I cut a small triangle out of the rim of the plate and colored it green so it looks like a lily pad. I did the same thing with my bowl only I cut a bunch of little triangles out of the rim and colored it pink and white so it looks like a lily. And for my cup I just colored it blue so it looks like water...
5. The type of semetry i used for my cup and flower are radial, and my plate is bilateral.
6. I learned that I enjoy making sets of dinnerware, because they all have their own twist but they all come together perectly.
7. I made a bowl and a plate on the wheel, then I cut the triangles out of their rims so they look like flowers and liy pads. But i did that a while before I knew we were doing a dinner ware set so all I had to do was make a cup. So I just made a cup and painted it blue.
8. This is definatly a worth while project, and I think that students in the futturee would really like this because I am going to enjoy eating food on the set I made myself. :)
